HERA is a shared digital system designed to support the cataloguing, management, and study of the archaeological heritage of the Parks of Paestum and Velia. It allows for the efficient and scalable integration of databases, enabling the examination and coordination of artefacts, documents, and images.
The platform is accessible to all—professionals and enthusiasts alike—and can be consulted in real time from anywhere in the world via any internet-connected device.
The catalogue is organised into investigations, artefacts, and monuments. Each entry includes a geographic reference and a detailed record, with information compiled according to ICCD standards. The system is continuously updated to reflect ongoing research and new discoveries.
